Technology consulting firm, serving all military services and industry. Built and managed group to identify and qualify new business opportunities for diverse consulting practice groups within the firm. Managed the bid and proposal process through contract award. Consulted to U.S. Air Force program offices on weapons systems acquisition programs. Developed draft RFPs (SOWs and evaluation criteria) for awarding major contracts to aerospace/defense companies.
